Kordestan - کردستان

A five day trip with a group of about 18 people to the beautiful northwestern province of Kordestan (Kurdistan).

Our journey took us through the lightly populated and mountainous Oraman district in Zagros Mountains all the way to the western border with Iraq. We camped for 4 nights in different places along the Sirvan River.

I very much enjoyed the decency, kindness and hospitality of the Kurdish people.
